My 3 Start-Up Confessions !!

To start your own company is a life time dream for an aspiring entrepreneur. As it looks very glossy, but the road to the journey is full of rocks, pebbles, and every kind of unwanted stoppages that you might have never thought of ever. Finding the chosen way, cleaning it, shaping it, maintaining it and finally running on it is a big challenge. Here i am sharing with you all, my start up confessions..

Past few months i am planning on a start up which is so unique in its nature. Right now is not the right time to actually announce about the start up. For that i will write up soon and let you all know about it proudly :)   But here i want to highlight some key confessions that can be useful to anyone out there, who is aspiring to start up their own organization.

1). Talking to your Dream : I literally think about my project 24/7. Even in my dreams i plan a lot of things and when i get up in morning, i actually work upon it, what i had dreamed last night. Many of you must think that its crazy, but let me tell you that it is an amazing feeling to have and live it.. Dreams make you positive, make you work a lot, increase your imagination and let you create your own world. Dreams are powerful means for your start up ingredient. Talking to your dreams make you the best judge of your work because you talk, negotiate, drop out non workable ideas, plan on workable ones, criticize it and work on your own criticisms.

2). Stop Compromising : In my personal life i have compromised with many things. We all do, to make good living with others around us. Our elders teach us to adjust and compromise with the situations because no one is perfect. But Business is not handled like the personal lives. One needs to become a true professional and act like one. I stopped compromising on things which were not going with my kind of idea and imaginations. My business is my baby and i can not let anyone ruin it or change it to their way. It is my responsibility to nurture it with my rules and views.

3). Power Unlimited : The moment i thought i want to start something of my own, i got the invisible powr inside me which urged me to do unimaginable things. I started realizing that i am capable of much more than what i have been doing from last couple of years. This power in me came due many reasons. The first reason is my behavioral personality, which describes me as a Leader. Leos are born to rule and work as an entrepreneur. They never flow with the swarm. The second reason is the urge for creativity. Creative nature urges me to work in my own creative and innovative way. The third reason itself is a need for power. This need urges me to create the empire of my own where i shall be the owner.

So, these were my 3 start - up confessions which i have dared to confess to the world. Because i think if i do not confess, i will miss an opportunity to express the feelings of an aspiring entrepreneur !!
